Our expert design team relies on 3D CAD and Solid Modelling software to optimize the design of an existing part or create a new product design, as per client requirements. We can speed up the design development phase, improve visualization, eliminate the interface problems and confirm the functionality and performance of the design, using latest software and techniques.
Simulation
Our team of highly skilled engineers can simulate and analyse the design and optimize it for enhanced performance in the designing stage itself, saving the time, delays and high prototype development costs. Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and dynamic performance of part, casting and forging simulations to identify critical areas, porosity possibilities, micro-shrinkage effects, etc in the products/parts during manufacturing process to enhance component quality.
Casting
Sand and Investment Casting
Liteauto GmbH has developed proprietary sand and investment casting technologies to optimise weight reduction, without affecting the performance or the quality of the product.
- Rapid Castings in sand and investment, to achieve castings of most complex shapes in a short lead time.
- Counter Gravity – Differential Pressure Casting, allows most critical castings with very thin wall thickness.
- Proprietary degassing and grain refinement techniques for aero grade investment castings.
- Proprietary dual wax technology for investment casting of parts with internal cores, hollow models etc.
- Proprietary chill technology for directional cooling.
Gravity Die Casting
Our expertise in Gravity Die Casting of Magnesium helps in optimising weight reduction without impacting product performance or quality for production of low to medium volume products
Pressure Die Casting
A 1000MT HPDC production line is underway at Liteauto GmbH, enabling scalable and sustainable production, to meet various client requirements.
Forging
We offer open die and closed die forged magnesium parts where our proprietary grain refining technologies allow various parts to be forged as per customer requirements, with high precision and repeatability.
Machining
